DMCA Takedown Policy

Techpop.in respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on https://techpop.in/ in a way that constitutes infringement, please send a DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated agent with the following information:

3. What Happens After Submission?

  1. We review your claim.
  2. If the claim is valid, we will remove or disable access to the alleged material immediately.
  3. We notify the user (if identifiable) and provide your notice.
  4. The user may file a counter-notice (see below).

4. Counter-Notice (For Users)

If you believe your content was removed in error, submit a Counter-Notice with:

  1. Your contact info (name, address, phone, email)
  2. Identification of the removed material and its original location
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake
  4. Consent to jurisdiction in New Delhi, India
  5. Your signature

5. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly violate copyright will have their access permanently terminated.

6. Fair Use & Review Content

  • We publish reviews, commentary, and criticism — protected under fair use (Section 107, U.S. Copyright Law).
  • Images, specs, and videos are used for informational and transformative purposes (e.g., critique, comparison).
  • We credit sources and link to originals whenever possible.
